Galvanising, the basis of which having been discovered by Luigi Galvani, is our specialty: It is the application of defined layers of metals to improve the characteristics of base metals. Galvano Hengelo mainly concerns itself with metal layers for functional and technical use in the high-end market sector. We have a broad assortment of galvanic and chemical processes available to us.

Galvano Hengelo is supplier to various sectors of industries such as electro technique / electronics (Eaton), defense / radar technology (Thales), automotive, machine development (food), and telecommunications, and others.

M a t e r i a l s

Galvano Hengelo uses modern PLC-operated galvanising machinery, supplemented by a number of manually operated processes. We use X-Ray technology to measure the thickness of the layers, and have a laboratory where, amongst other things, we can perform salt spray tests.
